OUR FACULTIES

Our faculties are our greatest asset and strength as they help students in achieving academic excellence and succeed in a diverse range of entrance exams like medical and engineering entrance. As we believe without any shadow of doubt that teacher is the one who impart progress into the students.

We have chosen our faculties from reputed universities of India having high qualification and industrial, academic experience in their own domain. Our team includes outstanding educators and educational researchers who contributes towards the overall educational and personal growth of the students.

We also have monthly Interactions with prominent Doctors, Engineers, Architects, Lawyers, Charter Accountants etc. allowing students to benefit from experience gained in leading positions.

From academic perspective, we have a team of total 12 full time faculty members, 2 guidance teachers and visiting professionals as per the requirement. We always ensure that the faculty member is passed out from a reputed institute with good grades along with teaching skill & passion. The minimum qualifying criteria is post-graduation in science from a reputed institute.

We also have a culture of weekly faculty meeting to discuss the growth of each individual student.

OUR SUPPORTING STAFF

Our supporting staff includes receptionist, counselors, telecalling executives, office boys, branch manager, hostel assistant. We have taken at most care in selecting appropriate person for appropriate role. Supporting staff often act as informal social workers, mentors or coaches to students, leading a concerted effort to address students social and emotional needs and helping them prepare for life beyond institute. In last eight years, we have observed our supporting staff building trusted and meaningful relationships with students.

School support staff play an important role in ensuring students are learning in a safe and supportive learning environment. They can foster positive, trusting relationships with students and improve school climate by encouraging parent and family involvement in education. Because students connect with school support staff on many occasions throughout the school day, support staff can model positive behavior and send positive messages to students.
